There are lots of reasons to like our new place. Among them…
There are 6 spacious bike rooms plus guest parking out front.
More space – in the kitchen, living room, balcony, closet, and storage room.
A second bedroom for guests and puzzles.
A laundry room with more then 1 washer and dryer so we can do multiple loads at once.
And the penguin army guarding the front door.

I’m abit surprised that the individual suites don’t have washer/dryer combos. But maybe a portion was dedicated to be rentals.
Wonderful when a building has large bike locker rms.!
