We’re waiting for summer to come, but in the meantime we’re harvesting lots of arugula, kale, radishes, and beets from our garden.
I’m hoping the heat comes soon, so our tomato plants start producing.

Canadian Veggie 
I love beets! Every late summer/fall I look forward as grocery stores bring in local Ontario beets. 10lb bags for $2! I stock up on them and they last for a couple of months! Soups, side dishes and pickled beets!
Because I’ve been unsure if I’m staying where I currently live or moving, I have been putting off a vegetable garden.
