I had a bunch of extra plywood sitting around so I decided to make an outdoor cat house for Boo. I sketched out a rough cube design that maximized the wood that I had.
I only needed to buy a single 2″x4″ which I picked up with my bike.
I borrowed a saw from the Vancouver Tool Library to cut my wood to the right dimensions.
Astrid helped me screw it all together.
I cut a hole in the front and put a cute little roof on it.
Now I just need to convince the cat that it’s more comfortable to sit in his new house than exposed on the mat where he has a better view.
